Level 1 and 2 Bricklaying

At Priory Lincoln, we offer an excellent range of Level 1 and Level 2 vocational programmes that provide students with the knowledge, skills, and practical experience needed to succeed in their chosen industry. Students typically complete their Level 1 qualification during the first year of study before progressing to the Level 2 qualification in the second year, allowing them to build confidence and expertise as they advance through the programme.

These vocational courses provide a strong foundation for progression into employment, apprenticeships, or further study, helping students take their first steps towards rewarding careers in their chosen sector.

The Bricklaying course is ideal for students who enjoy practical work and are interested in a career within the construction industry. Through hands-on training and theoretical study, students develop the skills required to carry out a range of bricklaying and construction tasks to industry standards. Learners gain experience in areas such as building solid and cavity wall structures, interpreting construction drawings, setting out work areas, and understanding construction methods and materials. The course also promotes the development of teamwork, problem-solving, precision, and safe working practices that are essential within the trade.
